Legal Adviser

Job Overview:
We are looking for a Legal Adviser to oversee all legal matters related to our renewable energy business. The ideal candidate will ensure regulatory compliance, manage contracts, and mitigate legal risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal counsel on corporate policies, contracts, and business operations.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, energy policies, and labor laws.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and partnerships.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings, negotiations, and dispute resolutions.
• Stay updated on changes in industry regulations and advise on risk mitigation strategies.
• Support the executive team in legal decision-making and corporate governance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM).
• 5+ years of legal experience, preferably in renewable energy, manufacturing, or corporate law.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, compliance, and contract law.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
