HR Manager

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s mission and goals.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
• Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work culture.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment policies, and safety regulations.
• Develop performance evaluation systems and oversee compensation and benefits programs.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement company-wide policies and workforce planning strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of HR management experience, preferably in the renewable energy or manufacturing sector.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
